How We Help
The Guelph Wish Fund for Children supports children in our community in 3 ways. Most importantly, we provide ‘wishes’ to children under the age of 19 and their families, residing in Guelph or Wellington County, who are living with a significant illness, life-altering injury or a rare and debilitating syndrome. A wish can be creating a memory of a special family vacation or attending a sporting event or meeting a famous hero. Or it can be attending to the physical needs of the child with help towards the purchase of specialized equipment.

When the need and ability arise, the Guelph Wish Fund for Children may also partner and provide support to other local charities that clearly support our mandate (and our wish kids!). We also support local scholarships to deserving high school graduates.

Wish Kids Stories
Wishes change lives forever. Our wish is to provide hope, strength and joy to our wish kids during a very difficult time. The Guelph Wish Fund for Children has been able to provide wishes to deserving children in our community.

Scholarship Program
The Guelph Wish Fund for Children established a scholarship program several years ago and annually since has provided scholarships to graduating students in each of the twelve secondary schools in Guelph and Wellington County.
